I had a pleasant stay at La Gare; the rooms were spacious and clean, providing a great night's rest, although there was a bit of noise coming from somewhere. The service was beyond helpful and accommodating, with super friendly and helpful staff going out of their way to assist. The location was ideal, close to a local winery and just a short distance from downtown Santa Rosa and some great wineries. I had a great stay at the hotel! The rooms were very comfortable and quiet, making for a relaxing experience. The staff did a fantastic job providing information and guiding us through Sonoma. However, the handling of the renovation situation was a major letdown that could have been improved.
